Cutting Edge Builders is a design/build new home builder and remodeler which means we can take your ideas and rough sketches and transform them into buildable plans. We work with our team of design professionals as well as draw and modify plans in-house using Softplan CAD software. Our CAD software allows us to do a virtual walk through of your home or project so you can see how it will “feel” before it is built. Our CAD software also aids our clients in the selection of colors and finishes by allowing these to be overlayed on the plan elevations.

In addition to designing a one of kind home, we can modify our collection of plans to meet your specific needs. Our floorplans range from 1,600 to 3,300 square feet and can be built with traditional, craftsman, or old world style exteriors. Most of these floorplans have been built by us previously so we have an actual home to visit in order to determine whether the home will meet your needs with a few modifications.
